1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
With all original packaging and tags attached.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
